I've always been curious about how people make it through life. What they believe. What they've learned. What they'd say if someone actually listened.

As a kid, I struggled to communicate. Couldn't get the words out the way I wanted. But later, I figured out I could say it with a camera, with sound and music, with the feeling of it all put together.

I started in design, where I gained a passion for details, and storytelling found me somewhere along the way. In 2013, I turned it into a career. Do what you love, right?

Since then I've traveled across the U.S., Africa, the Caribbean, and South America chasing stories. Thousands of hours of footage. Hundreds of interviews. More sleepless overnight edits than I can count.

The mission hasn't changed. Find the real thing. Put it on screen. Make people feel something.

I still love every second of it.
